Triboro Public Adjusting LLC (“Triboro,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use https://triboropa.com, how we use it, and how to contact us with questions.
This policy covers the website and the claim-review form. It is not legal advice and does not replace the written public-adjuster agreement you may sign if you hire Triboro.
Who we are

Office: 2096 White Plains Rd, Unit 3003, Bronx, NY 10462

Information you provide
When you call, email, or submit the claim-review form, you may give us:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address (if you include one)
- A short description of what happened
- Other details you choose to share about the property or claim
Do not send policy numbers, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, driver’s license images, medical records, or other highly sensitive documents through the website form. If those records are needed later, Triboro will tell you a safer way to provide them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we may collect technical data such as:
- IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP
- Pages viewed, referring URL, and time of visit
- Cookies or similar technologies used for basic site function and measurement
If Meta Pixel or similar advertising/analytics tools are active on the site, they may receive hashed or event data about page views and form submissions according to that provider’s rules. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site features.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view, whether they tap to call, and whether a claim-review request was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects device, browser and approximate-location information. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message to Google Analytics. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How we use information
We use the information you share to:
- Respond to claim-review requests and schedule inspections when appropriate
- Call or email you about your inquiry
- Operate, secure, and improve the website
- Measure advertising or marketing performance when those tools are enabled
- Comply with law and defend legal claims when required
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share information with
We may share information with:
- Service providers that host the site, receive form submissions, send email, or provide analytics (only as needed to run those services)
- Insurance carriers, contractors, consultants, or other parties only after you hire Triboro and only as needed to handle your claim under the written agreement
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect safety and legal rights
Retention
We keep inquiry and claim-related records only as long as needed for the purpose collected, for legitimate business records, and as required by New York law and professional recordkeeping rules. Website logs and analytics may be retained for shorter operational periods.
Your choices
You may:
- Call or email us to update or correct contact information you provided
- Ask us what personal information we hold about an inquiry you submitted
- Request deletion of a website inquiry that did not become an active claim file, subject to legal retention requirements
- Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link (claim-related communications about an open file may still be necessary)
