Triboro Public Adjusting LLC is a licensed New York public adjusting firm based in the Bronx. We help homeowners, landlords, and businesses document property damage and present their insurance claims.

How Triboro approaches your claim
We represent the policyholder. Our role is to document and present your property claim to the insurance company.
We focus on the supporting facts. The damage, estimate, and supporting records form the basis of the claim we present.
We explain the fee in writing. Our fee is negotiable and is never more than 12% of the insurance payments made after you hire Triboro. The agreed rate is set out in a written agreement before any work starts. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.
We explain what affects the outcome. Coverage and payment depend on the policy, the facts of the loss, and the supporting documentation. Reviewing an underpaid or denied claim does not guarantee an additional payment or a reversal.
